I have just left the noses, and the rest of the ark is almost done.

I definitely need to make an update on this, since I’ve got a few more animals done since this last post. I’m cursing giraffes at the moment :) I haven’t started any of the backstitching, but I’ll take a look at the pattern when I get home and see what I think. I know there are a lot of pattern out there that don’t distinguish between the backstitching lines and the gridlines. Thanks for reading, too!

I’ve been stitching this exact pattern for so long, it’s hard to believe there’s someone else out there doing the same :-)
I am up to back stitching the ark, but can’t see on my pattern a few of the back-stitching details.
Is there any way to tell if you back-stitch the brown all of the way across the top edge of the ark? (underneath the animals’ noses, not sure if I should leave it, and fill it in when I back-stitch the animals).
